Our Founder
Shana Urban has over 20 years combined experience in project management, hospitality + design. She has managed + designed many homes, bars + venues predominantly based in New York City. Shana quickly understands client's needs + gets to work.
Most recently she was the project manager for a 3 level venue opening in New York City; overseeing 12 different consulting teams including construction, leading all meetings, assisting with design + schematics, reviewing all invoices, budgeting, onboarding new contractor hires, marketing, planning pre-opening events, making sure everything was to legal code, organizing community outreach, community board presentations, as well as preparing all the liquor license application requirements.
